Bowlingual Can Translate Woof into Words

Have you ever wonder what thought runs through your dog mind? Good news for you because a Japan-based toymaker Takara claims to have developed a gadget that translates dog barks into human language. The company is planning to sell the device in the US beginning this summer under the name Bowlingual.
