California Man Sells Daughter for Beer and Meat

A California immigrant has been accused of selling his 14-year-old daughter for $16,000 worth of beer and meat after he went to police to get his daughter back because payment weren’t being made.

Apparently this man thinks that food and beer is more important then his very own bloodline. Marcelino de Jesus Martinez made his first court appearance late February and had pleaded not guilty to procuring a child for lewd acts, aiding and abetting statutory rape and child endangerment. If convicted of those charges he could faced up to 10 years in prison followed by deportation.
